We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and receipts.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Jewelry items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error on our part.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.
  1. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Our customer service representative will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

  • Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
